We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • A proof of purchase or order number must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items from our collection cannot be returned:

  • Socks
  • Swimwear (if hygiene seal has been removed)
  • Flip Flops (if worn)
  • Personalized or made-to-order items

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Submit Your Request

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 2 business days, our team will email you:

  • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Return shipping instructions
  • Prepaid return label (for faulty items)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging, include the RMA number clearly visible on the package, and ship to:

Note: For non-faulty returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

Exchange Process

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

International Returns
