– Carrier: EMS
– Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

International Shipping

We ship worldwide (excluding certain Asian and remote regions). International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their country.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Boss Shop purchase. Our premium menswear is crafted to the highest standards, but if you need to return or exchange an item, our policy ensures a straightforward process.

Return Policy Overview

  • Return window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging
  • Proof of purchase: Order number required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Socks
  • Swimwear (if hygiene seal has been removed)
  • Flip Flops (if worn)
  • Personalized or made-to-order items

How to Return or Exchange

Step 1: Submit Your Request

  • Product details (name, size/color)
  • Reason for return/exchange
  • Preferred resolution (refund or exchange details)
  • Confirmation that items are in original condition

Within 2 business days, you’ll receive:

  • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Return shipping instructions
  • Prepaid return label (for faulty items only)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Pack items securely in original packaging with RMA number clearly visible. Ship to:

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

Exchange Process

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged/defective item:

International Returns
